Middle Eastern Dance is an ancient art form celebrating movement and musicality. In our Covey Mid-East dance program we share collective support for all adult dancers of all dance experiences. This art form encourages a sense of beauty, grace, control, and core strength for balance in all areas of life. Whether you're new to Mid-East dance, or you've taken classes for years, this is a great place to start and continue on. Session will include a performance opportunity for Covey Tapestry November 3rd, plus a workshop with renowned guest dancer and an in house henna workshop.
